Do I have to declare it Lost and Stolen to Philly? Get it? <br /><br />Lower Chichester, PA has a "law" that says if you have gun powder in your home, you must notify the township. So if you happen to reload your own shotgun shells for trap shooting, or reload your own bullets, the nanny town makes a law. <br />We the People need some way to keep the Napoleonic municipalities following State law. Being able to sue is our only opportunity for justice.
