US to Terrorists: We'll See You in Court!

Long but fascinating report on two domestic surveillence cases argued in the notoriously liberal 9th Circuit. Note how the media covered it. And note the terrorism history of one of the plaintiff's.

the [terrorist] charity hooked up with liberal lawyers to challenge the very legality of the surveillance, and by extension the legality of all secret surveillance. The decision was made to make the trial into a test case designed to weaken and embarrass the Bush administration.

Both the Wired and DailyKos reports strongly side with the anti-surveillance point of view, and refer to Al-Haramain blandly as a "charity," with absolutely no mention of their terror connections.

That’s all quite damning… of the American Left. And it is outrageous how the Lib Media has played along with the terrorist-sympathizing 9th Circuit Kangaroo Court to present a slanted accounting to the America public.

Nah, Liberals aren’t aiding our enemies just to assail Bush, like some of us have been saying all along. Preposterous!

We so need to round up all these treasonous Libs and toss them into internment camps until this whole war on terror thing blows over. What ever happened to shooting traitors, anyway?
When our military is done in Iraq their next targets should be the 9th Court and the LAT.

Gonzalez -- there I mentioned it. I noticed it wasn't mentioned anywhere on this blog.

Nope. It’s not a simple matter of agreeing or disagreeing.
Did you read the article, Dave? If you had you’d have seen how your Leftie buddies are indeed once again aiding our enemies and turning against America. (Not to mention other things like trying to extend to our enemies constitutional rights which are reserved only for U.S. citizens.)
Treason is not mere “dissent” and is not protected free speech. Nor is it “patriotism” as you guys are fond of calling it.

Since Libism is a mental illness, if you’re not on meds you should be. But I don’t think they make drugs to cure Bush-hating treason.
