Maybe the ACLU will back him because CBS censored his constitutional right to spread B.S. for the Democratic Party regardless of factual basis of the mud he is slinging.
So now Libs can sue over getting caught underhandedly misusing their positions?
The ACLU doesn't see half as much action as they used to...I think they'll file an Amicus brief for just about anyone.
CBS will pay him.Otherwise there will have to be a discussion about those documents, and Bush doesn't want that to happen!
