2 out of 3 ain't bad... I personally have never been around "celebratory gunfire". I know it's a common way of celebrating in third world countries. Just goes to show how much Philadelphia is turning into Mogadishu. I'm sure the local "militia man" who fired off the rounds when the Police showed up thought it was real funny until one of his buddies got shot.
the new mayor put it best. "citizens have got to stop pointing guns at police." So if you are stupid enough to point a gun at a cop, then maybe it is just a case of natural selection.
I for one would like to see police officers shooting and killing more criminal scumbags.
