The neighborhood is better known as a haven for the black upper class, especially those who don't want to move to an all-white suburb
When whites don't want to move near blacks it's called "racism".
Anyone surprise this is the neighborhood where B. Hussein Obama and his wife chose to live? ...while attending Reverend Wright's sermons.
