The Kirkland Snubbery Outrage

Headline from today's story about the Chester Waterfront board:

"Citizenry's grumbles over Kirkland snub grow louder"

Of the grumblers, I count two, not including Rep. Kirkland. As the saying goes. Two's company. But hardly a citizenry.

    And both of the complainers work for Kirkland and are paid by the state. I wonder if they are taking off from work to come to complain or is this part of their official duties as state employees?
