John M. Marchetti of Clifton Heights has a peeping problem.
Upper Darby Police chief Mike Chitwood says it goes deeper than that, pointing out Marchetti has past arrests for attempted kidnapping and possession of child porn.
"He's a sicko prowling our streets," Chitwood says. "He's a dangerous predator."
But his name wasn't listed in the Pennsylvania Megan's Law Sex Offender registry.
Go figure.
I called the police on this guy. I am glad they caught him. I was shocked to find out it was the same man I called the police on about a year ago for sitting out front of my house for over an hour.

ReplyDeleteGil, I cannot understand why he isn't listed on the PSP database either. Child Molesters are the lowest form of human life.
He is not listed because he hasn't been convicted yet.
ReplyDeleteIt would be slander (libel?) to list someone as a sex offender in a public database, if he wasn't actually convicted yet.
