No. Weldon is accused of abusing his office, not his campaign account.
Weldon accused by the left. How many times does it take the FBI 2+ years to land charges after raiding someone's home when there's a legitimate case? Pretty much never.
Just shows what some people will do to get their "man" (or "woman") in office these days.

But vicious blind partisans like Anonymous/ Dishonest Dave Diano see this as a good thing when it takes down any Repub while giving a pass crooked Dems.
Remember their Mantra: “By any means necessary”. These are the same folks who see no problem with the widespread voter fraud being committed by ACORN …so long as their candidate reeps the benefit of the fraud.
