"Who do you want answering that phone at 3 a.m.?" OBAMA!! Someone clear thinking and who understands our actual role in the world, rather than some relic image from the Cold War. And certainly not someone that thinks Palin was the best qualified VP available.
Krauthammer saw how fast the National Review abandoned the son of its founder, so he's doing his duty here, but even he knows McCain's lost it.

There's just no comparison. Obama's own running mate warned this week that Obama's youth and inexperience will invite a crisis -- indeed a crisis "generated" precisely to test him. Can you be serious about national security and vote on Nov. 4 to invite that test?
Enough said. No dishonest spin can correct these things.
1) Every president gets tested. 2) McCain's such a hothead that he can be manipulated into rash actions. 3) McCain already failed the "judgment" test when he rashly picked Palin.
hey, don't shoot the messenger. that's the conservative argument against mccain. REAL conservatives know palin isn't qualified.
the liberal arguments are who he'd put on the court, and his tax cuts for wealthy over the poor, starting war in iran, and his screwed up health care plan.
