Joseph Nightmare Over, Bennett's Begins

My print column on the Rich Joseph exoneration is up.

  1. The inner-workings of this district are a sham. Bennett and David have been at this stuff for years. Dismissing employees based on fabrication and lies.

But they never thought that someone would actually fight back! Well Richard Joseph has and he's WON!

Now, Bennett and David ought to feel the pressure to resign. It should happen now so that Joseph can get on with his career. Does anyone in law know what charges can be brought up on Bennett and David? Can Joseph file a defamation of character lawsuit?

  2. What a shame that this school district has to continually put up with incompetent administrators. If all of the energies and efforts made by these administrators would be put to use in a postive way, i.e. the children of the district, this school district would be tops in the country! We need to find a superintendent whose proven goals are the children, not to exercise undue power over district employees. Ms. Bennett is truly a disgrace and should resign with her head held low.

  3. Gil, your title includes the phrase, "Bennett's Begins"
I hope you plan to follow up on this story. Considering the patterns established by this board, I wouldn't be so sure anything will change. It's the holiday season, if Dr. Bennett has her staff decorate her house for her party again, we'll know that things aren't changing so quickly.

  4. Perhaps Gil could do a Sunshine Act request for Dr. Bennet's files at her prior employer?

  6. Gil, somebody mentioned about Dr. Bennett's Christmas party. Well scrooge pulled the plug on the party. No party for the hard working employees of the district. In fact she has been rarely seen around the district since the trial ended. Where is she??
