Maybe the good citizens of Upper Darby think that seeing their police chief on the front page of the newspaper, shooting his mouth off, makes them safer.
I don't live in Upper Darby, but I own property and pay taxes there, and I find his act to be a little too much narcissism for my taste.
Wasn't Chitwood on the short list to run for Sestak's seat before they picked Williams?
Not all residents are fans. If they knew what he is doing to property values. I also can't imagine this is good for the officers in his command, seems he undermines their investigations by grand standing for the press before they have a chance to do a proper investigation.
of all the lower case letters in the alphabet, someone has to choose the same one as me for their pseudonym...
Oh yeah, Chitwood is a tool bag... No kidding.
