It's Legal! NOT! (what is this a Borat routine?)

On second thought, Larry Tribe is now suggesting, at least according to this guy the house bill to target AIG bonuses is probably unconstitutional.

    probably is. I don't like the bonuses either, but they were included in the bailout and chasing back what you already approved just looks pathetic when there's so much more to take care of.
