I've said it before and I'll say it again: Joe Biden is an idiot. I grew up in Delaware and he was my Senator for about 22 years. He is a buffoon. At least he doesn't have an Alaskan/North Mid-West accent though, right? Because if you talk with a twang you must be stupid!
