Rape, She Cried!

A wife charges her husband raped her after she finds out he's won custody of their two children.

And the cops and DAs office buy into it.

    I see what you are saying but I think the woman should have been arrested. She abused the system to try and "win" a divorce at any cost. She should have to go to jail for putting her ex in that spot falsely. If she would have stuck to her guns he would be in jail now right?

    People just don't know how to get divorced anymore...
