what's even more interesting is that the governor can't appoint someone - they re-wrote the laws to prevent a previous Republican governor (Romney) from doing so, now that they have a D in office, they want it back. Politics at its finest!
The politics of the left is always shameless. I heard a story today about how Kennedy never personally attacked anyone, yet history contradicts that claim. Also, you had Chris Matthews state that Obama is now the remaining Kennedy brother. The lefties never stop!

Gil - Nice. You say rest in peace, and then you throw in Kopecnes death. Had to get that in didn't you?
Scott - Im still waiting for that list of all of the self proclaimed communists that you claim Obama surrounds himself with. So far the only one's I can think of are Bill Ayers and Van Jones, and since the late 90's Jones has embraced capitalism.
