Ummm...wouldn't the unfounded fear of allowing due process on our own soil be the textbook definition of 'surrendering to the terrorists"? The Madrid bombers, the London Subway bombers, and terrorists in Indonesia, Mumbai, and Israel have all been tried at home and in the various court system. Somebody ought to tell pantywaists like Beck and Limbaugh we're not dealing with SuperVillians for chrissake.
