Sued for sexual harassment almost 10 years ago by a part-time bartender for his catering company, William Kay, who also owns the Drexelbrook apartments, declined to renew a lease with said former bartender. So she filed a complaint with the state Human Relations Commission.

The PHRC ordered Kay, who is now 84, to pay $13,300 to 49-year-old Ingrid Dotson Luderman, who is also an Upper Darby High School teacher, for her troubles. Will he pay it?
