And Down Goes Sachs
Not Goldman, Jeffrey. The leftist academic went toe to toe with Harvard Prof. Niall Ferguson and was bloodied.
When Sachs claims that America doesn't spend enough on public education, Ferguson misses a chance to tag Sachs with the haymaker that the U.S. spends more money per capita on education than any other country in the world.
That, however, is the only opportunity Ferguson misses.

Sachs talks as an academician who never worked a hard day in his life. He wants to raise taxes from 28% to 35% with no plan to rid the country of the Teachers Unions. Looks good on a blackboard, with unlike a demagogue snob, common sense people know we need to chop down the union system that has become the protector of bad teachers.
Great post BTW, I never watch CNN.
