Antonio Ferrara spent 6 months in jail on kidnapping charges on the word of his ex-girlfriend. Turned out she wasn't telling the truth. Now she might go to jail. My print column is up.

I hope he sues her for anything she has and all she might have!!
I also hope he gets it all before she goes where she belongs, JAIL!!
She needs to spend a year or two in the lockup with Butch.

What do have on the history of Qualified Immunity and how it started? I mean, this also seems to scream of power abuse by the "system". He could sue Gaspariville, but they would claim no malice and have the Qualified Immunity protection at all level of the government there.
I would think someone owes this guy 6 months of his life back. (At least a "We screwed up and are sorry" fee?
Actually, I don't think the cops did anything wrong here. The accuser in this case presented herself as a credible complainant. Cops can't thoroughly investigate every complaint that comes to them. But I think they should make clear to accusers that filing a false police report is a criminal offense and will be punished. That might help a little.
She is the one who bears responsiblity for lying to the police and on the witness stand.
And she should be made an example of. You lie to police and falsely accuse someone of a crime, you go to jail.
I'm a woman and we can just cry,, "oh he hit me" and you guys are going to jail no questions asked and crazy physcopathic women who know that are very dangerous,,.woman like her give good woman a. bad name ,, shes going to have a big wake up call-every morning at six,,.she better get use to hearing "trays up" "lock down" "strip " , karma is a mother fucker ,,
iknow antonio very well. this poor man did nothing wrong. hes a hard worker and all he wants outta his life is wat we all want. ...a family and to be happy. hes far from criminal. this is an outrage. this woman should b punished and made to publicaly apologize to Antonio,his family,the cops and everyone involved. They plastered his name and pic all over and embarrassed this man now give her hard time and plaster her ugly face. let future men be warned of what this piece a crap is capable of doing when things dont go her way. And you are 100% correct...woman like her give us good women a bad name. I only hope someday they wipe his record and torture the bit--! hope i never end up in lockup with her. ill show her wats up! good decent men are hard to come by and she took advantage of the system and Antonio.
