Chester Upland Wants More of Your Money

Chester Upland sues the state for it own fiscal incompetence. Somehow I don't see this as the answer to the district's prayers.

Divide the kids up and send them to all the Delco schools, send the money Chester gets those schools, send the teachers to those schools.
If some of these kids get outside of their element, they might see the possibilities in life.

I am not in the camp of "Don't send them here!" These are kids, we are the adults. Start acting like you truly care instead of mouthing the words!

Well I don't see a problem sending the kids that have the drive to learn to a better school but I do have a problem with the ones that do it it's like night and day our kids are not used to being around kids that have know respect for adults or authory.respect starts at home and I no first hand that there are parents out there that don't care where there kids are or what there kids are doing these kids are the trouble makers the ones that start fights do durgs skip school it wouldn't be right to put them into a class with kids that are at school to learn it would only cause problem and what about paying school taxes and why is Chester schools so bad .busing these kids out is not a good idea.

Ahhhhh, only send the "good ones"!!
Nice comment. How do you determine good from bad? Do you decide?

The ones with the drive. Yup I get it. What test is there to determine that. Some of these kids need guidance and improved role models. Send them all. I think I did the math on another thread.
3600 kids divided by 14 school districts is 257 kids per district. Now take that and divide by 12 grades. 21 additional kids per grade. 1 class.
The teachers from Chester would be a welcome addition to these 14 other schools districts to help.
