Notice Mayor Booker only waves around $500. Where's the other $500?
Bright idea number 1: Report a friend who has a gun permit. Split the $1,000. Or don't they issue gun permits in Jersey anymore?

Newark is listed as, "ten worst places to live for 2012."
He does say 1000 dollars for Illegal guns in the video. NJ is clueless when it comes to constitutional gun laws. Only the very rich and connected can get a license in NJ.
But the criminals all have them!!
