  1. I don't get it. Whats he got to do with the price of gas??

  2. Anon - Nothing really. When these guys stub their toe, they blame Obama.

  3. Maybe they should watch this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzEnKdBAb_o&feature=share

  4. Or you could watch this:

This is how President "Skyrocket" Obama got his nickname. Granted he was talking about electricity prices. But when he fails to approve an oil pipeline that will create jobs and lessen our dependence of Middle East oil, well... maybe you'll start to "get it."

    Thanks for the post, Danny

  5. I especially like the throwaway: "Dealers in all 57 states."

    ReplyDelete
  6. So he's a bad man for wanting to go green? Isn't that lowering our dependency on foreign oil? I especially like the line "fantasy world of green energy". What a wall st bunch of crap.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Anon, you don't know me, but I am all about new sources of energy.
Wind and Solar are not there yet, not by a long shot. President Obama has placed to much money behind the lies of Solar and Wind. we need Nuke plants and fusion R&D to be spent.

I have not seen a wind turbine or solar panel that will make a jet fly, yet. So we still need oil. But natural gas is a big comer.

  8. WOW. what a lousy attitude. I'm amazed we got this far with that kind of thinking.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I'm pretty sure you were blaming Bush for gas prices when he was in the Oval

  10. Bob Bohne...the last comment was to you...

    ReplyDelete
  11. I'm sorry you think it is attitude. I call it education.

The best green energy we can get today is nuclear. We need to expand our study of it, move off plutonium and increase the amount of electricity producing nuclear plants in this country. I would say we need 50 in the next 10 years. 200 would be better.

Wind turbines are noisy and ugly and you need 100s of acres of them to come near one nuke plant, oh and wind. Solar needs thousand of acres and sunny days.

Do some research, don't buy into the green lies! The truth will set you free!

  12. Danny - We've had this discussion before. Obama has made huge loans to finance the building of the first nuke plants in decades.

    Pat - No, I wasn't

Gil - Lets see how long it takes Jake to accuse you of going off topic for posting a video that has nothing to do with the price of gasoline.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Danny - He doesn't know you, but you're all about bashing Obama every chance you get, even for things he has no control over. That, and guns.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Bob, I don't want to hear it, Bush was thrown through the ringer for all the same things.

  16. Steve - Too bad. You're going to hear it. What you're saying is that it's OK to perpetuate a myth and lie to the public for political purposes to get even. You know better.

    ReplyDelete
  17. In repsonse to your comment to Steve, I have no doubt whatsoever that you also know better, Bob... At the same time, I recognize you cannot help yourself from posting what you think are either (a) supportive of the unsupportable, or (b) diversionary comments. As it was in the beginning, so too shall it be now...

    ReplyDelete
  18. Charlie - Would you like to buy a clue? is there something specific about my comment that you take issue with, or do you just feel the need to respond to my every post?

    ReplyDelete
  19. If President Obama really wanted to get help to us with more nuke plants, he could call of his over zealous EPA and other regulation crazy czars.
Nuke plants would be TRUE shovel ready jobs. But I guess they owners of nuke plants don't donate enough to his chicago gang rule charter.

You are 1000% right about one thing. I am truly getting to not like this president, I would rank him in the bottom 10%. I sure am not going to vote for him, but then again, I think most people will not.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Danny - Getting back to your original post, is it really in the public interest to blame high gas prices on the president when experts all agree that he has no control over gas prices? You recently accused O'Donnell of lying. Aren't you doing the same thing when you perpetuate a myth that you know is false? Shouldn't it be our goal to have an educated electorate? We can disagree on a lot of issues, but to influence public opinion with misleading claims does a diservice to this country. Wouldn't you agree?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Would gas prices be lower if we had the Canadian oil running through our refineries? I might not ever know.
Bush flew to meet with OPEC when gas got high. President Obama is happy they are increasing, as Gil's video link shows, he wants it higher to make us all go green. (Because he still believes in Global warming, I man, Climate change, I mean the other lie that has been pushed!!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Danny - Climate change is a lie? I recently listened to a group of botanists talk about the migration of southern plants into northern territory due to climate change.

Obama is running for President. Do you really think he wants gas prices to skyrocket? How does that help him win the presidency?

Domestic oil drilling has never been higher. And from everything I've read, the crude that would travel through that pipeline would be going to China. Not to be used here for gasoline.

    ReplyDelete
  23. OMG?!? You truly buy in to all the left wing talking points?!?!?!

It is sometimes hard to talk to you. Can you not see that Climate Change was created?
Can you not see that these lies are being formulated by "smart people!"

Because President Obama has adopted his green movement, and gas prices are rising, he will lose and he will lose ugly.
No jobs, no budget, giving taxpayer money to dumb causes.
Not the guy I wished he was!!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Bob,

First off, Happy Easter to you and yours.
Secondly, are you on the Debbie Wasserman-Shultz e mail chain? You seem to be adopted her blond curly headed positions.

    ReplyDelete
  25. The liberal Democrat promise is that big government can solve all our problems.
Obama can stop the rising of the oceans and heal the planet.
His wife and Administration want to tell us what to eat, what to drive, how to parent, and who is right to subsidize.

Rising gas prices aren't just a financial burden on the middle class. Rising gas prices expose the hubris of the left-wing bureaucracy.

It's political poison for Obama's failed energy and environmental policies to be recognized as responsible for rising gas prices.

So we all are treated to the spectacle of the big government spin machine reversing course and explaining how Obama can presume to take care of so much of our complex lives, yet he can do nothing about rising gas prices.

  26. Danny - The migration of warm weather plant species is a myth? Danny my white Irish friend, you have your head in the sand. Read this from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Comission:

    http://www.fws.gov/northeast/climatechange/stories/kudzu.html

Jake - Maybe you should view the youtube video that Anon was kind enough to share with us.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Look up Climate Change HOAX on google, I think there is enough info from Forbes and many other journals to support my position.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Danny - If climate change is a hoax, please explain why warm weather plant life is migrating north.

    http://www.npr.org/blogs/thesalt/2012/01/25/145855948/gardening-map-of-warming-u-s-has-plant-zones-moving-north

We can disagree on what's causing climate change, but to deny that it exists, to call it a hoax, is foolish.

    ReplyDelete
  29. It's a hoax, and all about the carbon tax money grab.
The hockey chart has been proven false. The polar bear deaths was a myth and proven so.

I believe the weather changes in eb and flow methodology every 500 years or so. To take less than 100 years of scientific evidence on a planet that has been here billions of years is just stupid and ignorant as hell. (But you prove the latter as you subscribe to it)

    ReplyDelete
  30. Danny - Well good luck with that. With your inside knowledge, maybe you can corner the market on snow blowers. I'm putting my money on Ray Ban's and SPF 100.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Well done Danny.
Bob's liberal hysterics and half-truths can't stand up to common sense.
Global warming, or whatever the leftists have re-branded their power grab of the energy industry, has been exposed time and time again as a fraud.
Al Gore, and the corrupt academics who have lied and stolen research money to perpetuate their lies, all ought to be in jail.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Ask people in Alaska how much snow they got this year? The most ever since they began keeping records.

I see an ice age.... Ooops, no warm winter, I mean a heat wave.. Oops, the furry caterpillar is furrier this year, better buy mittens.

Even when you are wrong you are incredibly funny!!
(If you read this, no Grand Jury being used in Zimmerman/Martin decision) I hear the special prosecutor didn't like that they couldn't come up with charges.)
But she can still press them herself. Waiting.........

    ReplyDelete
  33. Danny - Let's see how long it take's Jake or Charlie to reprimand you for going WAY off subject. But then we both know that door only swings one way.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Leave it to Bob to go off topic by talking about going off topic.

    ReplyDelete
  35. It would be interesting to hear Spencerblogs take on this. Without getting into the how or why, is Climate change real or a hoax. What say you Gil?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Danny - About your Martin/Zimmerman statement. Are you now backing off your earlier prediction that Zimmerman would not be arrested?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Not backing off at all, I have many more facts now. Not reported was the fact that Zimmerman asked for and was given a lie detector test, well a voice stress test, and he passed!

Also for you on Climate change, please see below.
