Chester stick-em up? Yeah, go figure. Harrahs Philadelphia (new name for Chester) provides $12,000,000 to the City of Chester. That's not enough. Now they need an amusment tax on the concerts. Has anyone asked what the City of Chester has done with the $12,000,000 to make things better in the City? Or what would be made more better (gramatically incorrect acknowledged) by the new amusement tax on the Harrahs Philadlephia concerts? The new administration in Chester will drive the Union out of town. Then they'll have an empty stadium, no parking revenue, no amusement tax on the ticket prices. And every potential developer will take note. Sad, sad.
