When Warren was teaching at law schools in Philadelphia, Houston, and Austin, she identified herself as Indian — or, to be politically correct, Native American.
Then she was hired at Harvard and dropped the Native American from her biographical description. Harvard Law today says it has one faculty member of Native American heritage. But it won’t say which one.
Heh. It won't say which one. Why? Here's a guess: Because that faculty member wasn't raised on a reservation and isn't truly a Native American. They're white and were raised white by white parents but they too gamed the university minority-hiring system by claiming an Indian great-grand parent or something.
In short, it would be another embarrassment, ripe for mocking.
