"A Hot Mess" in Colwyn
Colywn was dead quiet yesterday morning. It was anything but at last night's borough council meeting.
At least nobody got tazed, as far as we know.
UPDATE: Meanwhile, next door in Darby Borough, stabbing victims don't need police help in getting to the hospital. They take the bus.
