Is it that the Obama administration doesn't understand the constitution or is it that it just doesn't care? Because it's losses in court are starting to mount up.
I'm with you. I don't get it. Why do they attempt to pass what most semi educated people who can read the Constitution would obviously agree are violations of it. If you read some of the rulings, the way the majority listed their reasons will resonate for a long time. So in losing they are also having the SCOTUS close loop holes that had been placed there back in the 1800's.
I think it is rampant stupidity aided by ignorance.
