Penn State vs. Duke

K.C. Johnson and Stuart Taylor compare the institutional handling of the Penn State scandal to the Duke lacrosse case.

In some respects Penn State's has been much better.

    In both cases, the supposedly intelligent executive leadership made poor moral choices. They colluded to assure the good name of the institution and fairness was damned!
