Exec fil-A-ed

Does the right to free speech include berating a Chick-fil-A drive-in clerk as a hater, making a video of it, and posting it on You Tube?

Yes it does.

Does it guarantee you will have a job as a high-powered CFO after you do it?

No it doesn't.
