Outlawing Charity
In Chester Township you get cited for giving out free lunches to kids. In Phoenix, they cite you for giving out free water to the thirsty. The stupidity of government bureaucrats knows no bounds.

One of the problems is that we allow these tiny fiefdoms to still exist. Start with answering why we have 21 townships, 20 boroughs and 1 city in a teenie tiny footprint?
Why do was even allow, in this day and age for over 2000 townships to exist in this state alone. We need reform. The age of the Internet brings change, but the Napoleonic fiefdom keepers will never give up their power.
These elected officials make laws and have ZERO liability. They hide their outrageous stupidity behind qualified immunity.
When you start a little business, you must pay Washington, Your State, Your County and your town/borough/city. I am not making this crap up.
Things need to change!!!
