The only way that robberies like this one will stop, is for one boxing commission to be formed. One commision with the power to oversee every state's fights, and to consolidate all the belts under one banner.
Judges should have to be certified by such a commision, and every fight should be reviewed.
My nomination for the first commisioner of a nationwide boxing commision would be Teddy Atlas. NBobody knows the sport better, or has such an impeccable degree of integrity.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Den Trang Tri. Your comments are very enlightening. Obviously when one combantant is knocked out it is incumbent upon the Judge to declare a knockout. However, it is entirely reasonable that the decision of the Judge present at the match shojuld be reviwed by a commisison endowed with the power to oversee every state's fights. After all, only someone like Teddy Atlas, upon review of the decision after the fact, could truly discren whether the combantant was really knocked out. Maybe the replay will show that the knocked out combant was smiling and thus not knocked out. We should all advocate for your initiative of a new commission.
