Sestak Has Questions on Benghazi

My print column is up.

UPDATE: WaPo's David Ignatius joins the questioners. More here.

When did the president learn of the attack? The White House is refusing to answer. Why?

  1. Dear Gil
I must say I enjoy your columns and read them every day. I just finished today's about Sestak's questions regarding our government's explanation or lack thereof of what happened. I do not know whether or not I missed a piece of information regarding Ambassador Stevens. Right after the incident I read that a doctor in Benghazi said that the Ambassador died of smoke inhalation. When the Ambassador's body was returned to us was an autopsy performed? If there was, what were the results? If you know the answer to this question would you include it in a follow up story please. The American public has a right to this information. Thank you for your columns. A faithful reader.

  2. The reason we are not getting answers is because IMHO it is being covered up. It does not reflect well on the POTUS, so it is buried. WHY though are the Main Stream press allowing it?

  3. I really liked Joe Sestak. But he was against the 2nd amendment. I never understood why he was. Most Veterans I know are avid gun owners and targets shooters or hunters. Joe wanted to disarm us all. I would love for him to share with me his thinking on his interpretation of the 2nd amendment would be? I know he took the constitutional oath more than once. Uphold and defend the constitution, Joe. What part of "Shall not be infringed" did you not understand?
