Ah, yes... If only then Speaker Pelosi had allowed the elected Members of the House of Representatives to read the bill before they passed it, perhaps they would have had the wisdom to understand, and advise the Speaker and the President of the pitfalls in the Act based on their knowledge of the states they represent.
