It is obviously a sad time for the family and friends of Mr. White. And in particular for his and Mrs. White's children. I am, however, somewhat stunned by the fact that she was taken to one of the county’s crisis units. "She was seen and questioned by a mental health professional. Ultimately, she was deemed not a danger to herself or others and released." We will perhaps never know how or why the mental health professional made that determination. But for him or her perhaps a look-back would be helpful for when a similar crisis arises.
