1. It was a good argument then. It's a better argument now.
2. One guess is that it would alter the price. 1.6 cents a gallon. But the more oil on the market world-wide, the lower the price will be. Less on the market will substantially increase the price.
3. We don't export oil to Japan and haven't for years.
At least Jay Leno gets it.
you know what's absurd? Telling us not to drill when theer's no alternative in place. common friggin sense.

Exatly the problem. Libs have none. They are all about doing things bases soley on their "feelings", regardless of what the facts tell them.
