Gil...what is going on with this? are you going to update? Seems to be ashame that this person is trying to give the area a new tax rateable, and a decent business, and is caught in the middle of the developer and local 98. This is a small job, but I cna understand prevailing wage issues. If the guys from 98 want to work, it is better to get paid someting than nothing.
Anyway, hope this gets resolved for Norma's sake and the sake of the families in the area.
