The Political Option

If the "public option" is so good why is Congress exempting itself from having to enroll in it?

Dem congressmen, notably Bob Brady, have agreed to use the public option.

Rule of thumb when it comes to pols: Don't believe what they say. Watch what they do.

The Heller amendment was gimmick. No bill ever has conditions based upon who voted for it. The Republicans aren't for health care reform and are happy to have better coverage than their constituents, so they could vote for Heller, since they are planning to vote against the public option anyway.

You should be complaining about Heller putting out such a frivolous amendment and wasting taxpayer dollars.
