Lies, Lies, and More Lies

WaPo's Ruth Marcus does a nice job holding Republicans to account for the lies they are telling about Obamacare.

But the unpopularity of Obamacare isn't because of Republican lies about it. It's because of the president's lies about it.

Robert Samuelson explains here.

Its a post like this where Spencerblog's missing an entertaining comment from one randal davis. I guarantee that, collectively, when we first read his typical comments, our gut-reaction is "I can't believe he actually posted that" before even thinking about the politics behind his words. And who doesn't miss his regular posting of the word "Libs"?

At the annual Spencerblog awards, I propose a segment titled "In Memorium" to honor those fallen commenters who have left this URL for the great beyond (Huffington Post):

Franny Ward - MIA - last seen at "I live in Delaware County" posting as the sole survivor

Jonas - Trampled by his own ego

Aaron - died of manic depression after moving to Philadelphia and realizing that his views don't have a chance in a city where one Bob Brady is the Dem Boss.

C. Scott Shields - tragic mishap at the field & stream club (Come on, he barely posts here anymore! And my list was a little light!)

"Sociology Students" - lethal overdose on a 'speedball' combination of cannabis and egg nog.

David Diano - Rumored to have jumped headfirst into a ravine after knowing that the world would be perfect after Obama's innauguration and that his services were no longer necessary, body never found. Coincidentally, at the same time as the loss of our dear Mr. Diano, there has been a masked hero roaming the interwebs, saving the world one blog at a time, going by the heroic name of "A Nonymous". Ah, if only "A Nonymous" could solve the mystery of whatever happened to David.

randal davis, a.k.a. 'r' - Head exploded on January 20, 2009 with the innauguration of Barack 'Hussein' Obama - autopsy revealed a lethal combination of factors:
-Executive and legislative takeover of government by the "LIBS"
-Disbelief and dismay that a Black man was our President

You will all be missed, *Sniff*. (Fade to black for a Velveeta commercial.)
