The" Right To Know" It All
There are two classificiations of citizens in Pennsylvania today; public employees and private employees. One group has the right NOT to have their names and home addresses released by public agencies to anyone who asks for them. The other doesn't. Guess which is which.

Real "Transparent" with the exeception of the legislature, of course. In other words, not for me and my congressman friends. Our "dealing" stay secret (for what reason)?
As long as their dealings, papers, emails are private, they do not care about the personal privacy of the rest of the citizens of Pennsylvania.
