Killer Plea Deal
Alleged hit and run killer turns down plea deal (12.5 to 25 years) that would have treated him like a kiddie porn freak.

He could have received 12 years out in, what? 16 months?
I agree, a Montgomery County jury will nail his ass to a long stay. I truly hope his cell mates name is Bubba.
Actually, 12.5 to 25 means he would have served a minimum of 12.5 years.
That was a pretty generous plea bargain. He was a dope for not taking it. But then, we pretty much already knew he fell on the slower side of the bell curve.
I only wish there was an "even" in the under/over pick. Because I think Mr. Spencer is right on the mark with his prediction. But let's stay tuned.
