Molin Finale

In the end, Steve Molin's story didn't square with any of the forensic evidence at the scene of the crime. Meanwhile, a psychological test will be performed on him and whatever his disabilitiy is has can be taken into account for sentencing.

More here in what was supposed to be today's print column. (My bad.)

I will not be surprised if l hear from Steve by letter sometime in the next few days. I'll share any correspondence with Spencerblog readers.

Spencer yes you did excellent good, But Steve defense lawyer could have ask question, I was one of the witness and i told Mr Anderson things what I had seen, Not one question was ask about what i told him that I seen with my own eyes.. But you should have spoke to his witnesses you would have gotten a better story and a truthful one, not someone that known his for a few years, Steve would talk to everyone, that was Steve, sometimes he would say things before thinking that was just him, He had the biggest heart. Honest, caring, loving. he would share his home with you if he thought you were in the street, he would feed you, if he felt you were hunger, Did he do it yes did he mean to hurt is Mom or Kill her NO! He loved her to much. She was his world. When My Mother can ill she was riden we would not put her in the nursing home , Why because she would say all they do is just set and do nothing, My Mom told us don't every put me in something like that because all they want is what little old people have. So we took care of her and YES she had a nurse come to her house to HELP twice a day.. She had the love and care of her family at home. and that is what Steve wanted, So why didn't they send a nurses go to their Home, let me quess under staffed right. Or we DON'T do that. I'm sure there is a place that does but it to late now, and If his Mother could see him now she would not stand for it.

Spencer I guess you got what you wanted, your story about steve, Your fun is done until they give him his sentence, that sad because he did not mean to do it. You got stories from people that did not know him and ran with it. You only know him from the Jail and Courts. Steve has a big heart. To Big He wants to help everyone. Even you get a story to run. SAD For Steve.
