PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A 20-year-old man was hospitalized in stable condition after being shot four times on a basketball court in Southwest Philadelphia.TOP TEN POSSIBLE CAUSES:
Police say the man was shot twice in the back and twice in the buttocks by an unidentified man at the Kingsessing Recreation Center on 49th Street near Kingsessing Avenue at about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment.
No arrests were made. The cause of the shooting was not immediately known.

Idiot with a gun as #1 is on the surface the obvious reason for the shooting. But # 10, 8 or 2 might appropriately apply since one does not get shot twice in the back and twice in the buttocks without having given the shooter a reason to shoot. That is four successful shots. Hell hath no fury like a packing lowlife scorned... So, yeah, it has to be 10, 8, or 2... And if it had been in Chester, no one would have seen nothing...
