Thanks to the President Obama's bungled response to a reporter's question on the constitutionality of Obamacare, a federal appeals judge has ordered a Justice Department lawyer in separate case to clarify - in writing (three pages, single-spaced please!) - whether the Department of Justice recognizes the court's authority to review the constitutionality of matter in question.
