According to the so-called expert talking heads on the morning shows, this poor lady is aflicted with 'Tanoxeria' which is apparently a disease that causes people to feel they are not sufficiently tanned and thus repeatedly try to get more tan. So it is clearly a disability defense if, that is, they can prove she took her daughter into the tanning booth. She already is lawyered-up. Ain't this a great society or what?
