Stun Gun Fun
A Colwyn policeman under investigation for using a stun gun on a juvenile. Doesn't sound like anyone was seriously hurt and here's hoping everything was done by the book.

And in some officers hand it can become a torture device to straighten up someones attitude.
Bad cops are bad cops, and the good cops know who they are, too!!
Fortunately we in Delco have the Special Procecustions Unit of the CID. They will, I am confident, determine the truth. Those guys are not only good, they're the best at what they do.
Misspelled 'Procesuctions' Astute readers will know that but will also know what was meant.
