A Fish Called Sandusky

Tim Logue does a nice job with his profile Sandusky prosecutor, Middletown's own Joe McGettigan.

My own sense of it is prosecuting Sandusky will be like dynamiting a fish in a barrel. Not a particularly tough case. Prosecuting Penn state officials Tim Curley and Gary Schultz for perjury, now that's a tough case...

I am not as sanguine as are you, Spencerblog, that Mr. Sandusky will be found guilty. Especially since 1/2 of the jury which was impaneled are either current or retired Penn State faculty or current or former students. A very strange case, a very questionable jury, it all adds up to a "whatever"...
