A Mulligan for SCOTUS?

How about this?

WAPO calls for the Supreme Court to correct itself on the Kennedy v Louisiana (the death penalty for child rape case).

Fat chance. But cool.

UPDATE: "When a newspaper gets its facts wrong, it's supposed to publish a correction, and, if someone's reputation has been harmed, a retraction and apology. It can be embarrassing, but the occasional taste of crow probably does more good than harm to the media's credibility."

So too with the Supreme Court.

You have one in 2004. And you hit it out of bounds.

The way I'm feeling lately, I would just pull a Charles Bronson on anyone who I came upon who raped a child.

Franny -- That would be a violation of due process. It's attitudes like yours that make me feel ashamed to be an American. We must atone. I hope you didn't celebrate the 4th.

Sorry Gil. I haven't been to confession for a really long time and have lost my way. Maybe another economic stimulus check would help me?

First the Lib SC needs to correct its mistake of granting our terrorist enemies rights reserved only for American citizens. Or those traitors should be removed from the bench, by force if neccesary.

I think it's funny how Hurt Feelings LibDems like Dave are still clinging to their injury over the 2000 election. What was that, like, almost eight years ago? That's a long time to nurse a wound. When do ya suppose they'll stop weeping about that and let it go? Lol...
It's one thing to still hold such hurt feelings but to actually say such things in public... how pathetic is that? No wonder no one takes them at all seriously anymore.

Umm, nope. Try again, DD.
I'll bet you never saw an enemy of America that you didn't side with. Just as you see the President of the United States as more of a terrorist than terrorists. Lol... How f-ing messed up backwards is THAT?!

But you've hated them since even before all that, since all the way back to the 2000 election. (snicker)

Hurt feelings much?
