Charity Begins in Harrisburg

Vicky Thomas reports state reps Nick Miccarelli and Bryan Lentz will be turning their undeserved taxpayer-funded raises over to charity.

Good for them.

Lentz is kicking into the Daily Times Christmas Fund. Miccarelli says he'll be giving his to local food banks and such.

it is great to be charitable in this day and age, but if the point is they do not want the COLA, then give it back to the treasury...all of them should. there is a budget gap...every little bit helps. This is a taxpayer subsidozed contrib to charity...let's get it back to the treasury
